Chocolate Lion’s Mane Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
2-3 ripe baby bananas
2 Medjool dates (pitted)
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon lion’s mane mushroom powder
2 tablespoons hemp seeds (soaked)
1¼ cups date water or coconut water
Optional: handful of ice for a thicker smoothie
Directions
Add the date water or coconut water to a tall blending cup or mason jar.
Add the baby bananas, dates, hemp seeds, raw cacao, and lion’s mane powder.
